Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all business engagements between Uniquely Vietnam Travel and our B2B clients.

 

Scope of Service:
Uniquely Vietnam Travel provides inbound travel services within Vietnam, including accommodation booking, transport, guided tours, and related logistics. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement in writing.

Quotations & Pricing:
Prices are quoted in USD or VND and valid for the specified period. Final costs may change based on group size, travel dates, or third-party price fluctuations.

Booking & Payment Terms:

• Deposit: 30–50% upon confirmation (as agreed)

• Balance: Due before arrival or as per agreement

• Payments via bank transfer or approved methods

Client Responsibilities:
Travel agencies are responsible for providing accurate guest information and timely communication. Delays or inaccuracies may impact service delivery.

Liability:
Uniquely Vietnam Travel is not liable for delays, losses, or disruptions due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest. We will, however, make all reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience.
