Refund Policy

Uniquely Vietnam Travel values fairness and transparency in handling refunds.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Refunds depend on the cancellation time, third-party policies (hotels, airlines, etc.), and agreement terms.

Standard Policy (unless otherwise stated):

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus bank/admin fees

• 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund

• 7–14 days before arrival: 25% refund

• Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund​

Custom Contracts:
For group bookings or peak season, separate terms may apply. These will be detailed in the service agreement.

Refund Process:
All approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
